Drexler Shower Door Company, Inc.,
was founded by Cecil Drexler in 1953. His son, Joe, is now president, and his grandson, David, serves as vice president. The company specializes in manufacturing and installing frameless and framed shower enclosures, mirrors, glass table tops, patterned glass, and glass shelving. "Our employees have been working here for an average of 10 years, and some have been with us for more than 25," David says. "Service is key to our success. We really want our customers to feel comfortable and informed, so it is important for our employees to be well trained, experienced, and professional." Employees are rewarded for providing quality products and service through the company's profit-sharing plan. Drexler carries workers' compensation and liability insurance. "If the shower isn't structurally sound, we will let the customer know and tell them what changes should be made before we do our part. I would rather not do the job and tell the customer why than do the job and have something go wrong later," David says. "When customers recommend our company even when we haven't done any work, that tells me that we're doing something right."
