Shannon meets each customer during the initial sales call, and homeowners are introduced to other employees during installation and training. Brent and Shannon took over the Atlanta dealership three years ago and were initially drawn to the product's versatility. "Our fence can go anywhere—you can install it in water, in tough terrain, anywhere you might not think a fence can go," she says. "When you use an AM signal in your containment system, there's a risk for interference. We're the only brand with an FM signal." Shannon states, "If something's not right, we're going to come back, work with the dog, and make sure the dog stays contained."
