and they blamed it on my house. I felt like
the problem was with the work they did. I called
them, but the local guy told me the same thing.
I had to go to the upper levels to talk to someone
who would take responsibility and send someone
back out to fix it. They came out and fixed
it, finally. I had to have some battles to get
it fixed though, so I would give them a C." (This

When they first came out, everything was great, and they gave me a good price—that's mainly what influenced me to use them. But then when they started doing the work, we had problems. They did the job quickly, but they put up two different colors of trim, and the trim didn't match the siding. The siding was another color. It was a two-toned look, and the trim didn't match all the way around. They also broke a window in the process. I had to call them back, and they finally came back and repaired the window; and they eventually fixed the trim, but it was a lot of effort. I had to write a lot of letters, and so forth, and so on. The only reason I got them to come back was because I had told them up-front, 'I'll pay you half, and then I'll pay you the other half when I get the job completed.' If I had paid them the full amount, I would have never gotten the repairs done. Before they decided to fix it, they sent a guy out to my house to demand payment. He was awful...very rude. Once they get their money there is no follow-up service." (This
