finished, it was leaking just as bad as
it was before they came out. But at least
they came back and fixed it, so I would give them

it leaked again...but only in one of the three places.
I'd have to give them a B+. They were responsive
about coming back out to fix it again. They also
got the billing a little screwed up. They thought
I hadn't paid when I had paid...but that was understandable.

to get them back out here to fix it, and they weren't
very responsive about coming back out. We finally
just hired someone else and got a new roof.

“I
had [#953] for roofing, and I do not recommend
it. They sent a crew out, and nobody spoke
English. It was supposed to be a one-day
job, and it turned out to be three. The first
day they were here, the boss of the crew
left. Two of the three workers just sat down
on the back roof and didn't do anything. So,
one man was doing all of the work. Then, they
stepped in the gutters and bent them right off
of the house, so [#953] had to replace them.
They were rude. One of the guys made some wisecrack
to the guys on the ground [in a different language]
with me standing there and looked at me,
and they all died laughing. They were just the
rudest bunch of people....When they ate lunch,
they just threw their trash in the yard and
just drove off and left it there. It was horrible.
They broke all of the bushes with the heavy
roofing that they threw down. It was terrible,
and it cost almost $11,000. I thought with
[#953] I would be safe." (This

“I
had [#1253] come, and they were supposedly
a very good roofing company, but it was a
nightmare. They put a new roof on. They left
a large piece of silver-looking flashing visible
right over my front door. When I asked them
what they were going to do about it at the end
of the job, the workers threw their hands up
and said, 'No speak English.' It looked like
I had put a tin roof on over my front door.
They also said, 'No speak English,' when I asked
about cleaning up. We had just had a paver patio
put in our backyard, and they got tar all over
the pavers. They did nothing to clean it up.
I called them about it, and their quality control
guy, the owner's son, and the salesman all came
back out to see. They all agreed with me and
said, 'Blah, blah, blah...we'll take care of
it.' It never got taken care of. We kept after
them, and finally the salesman came back
out with some oil cleaner, which only ruined
the pavers even more. Six months later, the
roof leaked. The water poured into my son's
room and ruined the ceiling. I am still picking
up nails and finding pieces of roof stuff in
my bushes. It was a huge fiasco." (This

used [#1511]. They're horrible, terrible.
It took them a month to put the roof on my
house. It should have taken three days. At
one point, in the middle of the job, they had
left an unfinished area without a tarp on it.
It rained, and we had water damage. Also, they
actually had people out here who were drinking
beer on the job. Some of the workers brought
their children on the job. Horrible. Absolutely
horrific. I would definitely give them an
