product, but I didn't like dealing with them
at all. As a matter of fact, I kicked the salesman
out of the house. I told them I didn't care
for their sales tactics. His boss called me
the next day and came out to talk to me. It
was a high-pressure sales job: 'You gotta buy
now. If you don't buy tonight, you don't get
the discount.' That kind of stuff. I had researched
the product, and I knew it was a product I wanted,
but I just had a real problem with their sales
tactics. I like their product, but I'd give
them an F on their sales tactics; so I guess
that averages to a C." (This

had [#3366] put gutters on for us. I wouldn't
work with them again. They had too many callbacks.
The product was OK, but the workmanship wasn't.
It was incorrectly measured and installed wrong.
I still have to put another call in to them.
They put the gutter on the front of the house,
and they mismeasured. It was too short, and
it allowed water to run off of one end where
it shouldn't have. They came out to fix it and
just moved the gutter down. Now I've got water
running off the opposite end. The gutter isn't
long enough to cover the span. I don't know
how many times they are going to try to move
it back and forth before they realize that." (This

their name because they do a significant amount
of advertising. They overpromised and underdelivered.
I spent $5,000 on the gutters, and they've fallen
off my house twice, and the pitch isn't right,
and they're leaking. I finally got the owner
on the phone after eight months of trying, and
he finally came out, but only under the threat
of a lawsuit. The owner has refused to do anything
except continue to try and repair what's already
up there. It is horrific." (This
