The only way any company can obtain a good rating from Home Reports by Probix Inc. is to earn it by having many satisfied customers and good reviews. So that we can directly benefit from our good rating, we have elected to participate in the Best Pick program. As a Best Pick program participant, Home Reports publicizes our rating and other company information to customers and prospects. We pledge to treat any and all payments made to Probix Inc. as a marketing expense and will not directly pass costs on to homeowners that may have learned about our company through Home Reports.
We pledge to continue delivering the same high-quality service to our customers that enabled us to earn an A-rating. We pledge to maintain our company and professional licenses. And finally, we pledge to maintain our workers’ compensation and liability insurance.
Home Reports verifies professional licenses, liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance for all Best Pick Companies prior to publication. If a company does not have the proper licenses or insurance, it is not eligible to be a Best Pick participant—even if its reviews justify such designation.
